Extreme Ironing News A pair of ironists from Bradford have claimed a new land speed record for ironing.
The two British ironists, Geoff (Mohe) Reiss and Jonathan Moorhouse set their record ironing in the back of a converted BMW535i on Elvington raceway in Yorkshire.

Mohe, who ironed in the boot of the car, claims that a speed of 125mph was achieved - he never said how quickly it took him to iron his shirt.

"It was a thrilling experience to iron at speed," said Mohe. "The attempt was monitored and supported by the technical experts from Be A Racing Driver, so we'd like to count that as a first."

It goes without saying that we don't recommend this one at home folks. These guys were supervised and driving on a race track.
