It's a matter of hours before Ironman-M and Crease Lightnin' embark on their extreme ironing London Marathon challenge. Media interest in the running ironists is hotting up, including those outdoorsey types at Outdoorsmagic.co.uk making it their top Friday story.

Ironman-M from Brighton has appeared (left) in his local newspaper, the Evening Argus, while Crease Lightnin' has been carrying out radio interviews with former Big Brother contestents on Radio Leeds and appeared in the Yorkshire Post.
If you're in London this Sunday, be sure to look out for a pair of runners with ironing boards on their backs. They may even iron a garment for you if you ask them nicely :-)
